Flames can burn so strong

So long as kindling

Feeds the glowing Embers

A hunger too great to be ignored

For if neglected far too long,

The heart grows colder in December

Even in Spring and Summer

A Love can fall

Like snow in Winter storms

But the more we give

The flame can live

While keeping our hearts warm
